Core features/enhancements

· User Groupings – feature that will allow Admin to create a group of users, currently merchants. Available in Growth and Scale package subscribers

· Merchant Level Commission – feature that works with the created user groups. Create groups, where commission fee can be applied based from ranges of Total Order.

· Removal of displayed seller email and buyer email in EDM – New Order and Received Order EDM

· Re-organized the Configuration menu – moved select features from Feature Toggle sub-menu to Configuration menu.
